CBE Instructions / Terms & Conditions (Student Must read and follow)

1. Verification of Details:

• Students must verify all details (Paper, CNIC Number, Name, Date of Birth) as per Student CNIC and ACCA Portal.
• The institute will not be responsible if your exam is not conducted due to incorrect details.

2. Exam Booking Policy:

• Students must bring one valid original ID (CNIC or Passport or Driving License) to the campus.
• Last booking can be made 7–9 working days before the CBE day, depending on seat availability.
• Ensure your ACCA registration is completed and your portal is active before CBE booking.

3. Exam Cancellation/Extension Policy:

• The last cancellation date is mentioned on your CBE registration receipt is also the extension date (valid until 4:00 PM).
• After this time, no amendments will be possible.
• Exam cancellation/extension charges: Rs. 1500.
• Cancellations can only be processed in person at the campus; phone, email, or other mediums are not accepted.
• Original receipt and Original CNIC must be brought at the time of cancellation
• CBE Fee Validity: If a student does not utilize the CBE fee within 6 months of the first exam booking, the fee will be forfeited.

4. Exam Day Policy:

• Students must bring one valid original ID (CNIC or Passport or Driving License). No expired documents or photocopies will be accepted.
• Report to the CBE venue at least 1 hour before the exam time.
• If you fail to attend your CBE, the paper will be forfeited.

5. Pre-CBE Mocks:

• Students may appear in 2 Pre-CBE Mocks of TSA before the final CBE exam.
• Keep your Fee Receipt safe until you appear for the Final Exam conducted by the British Council.
• Bring your Fee Receipt to appear in the Pre-CBE Mocks.

6. Allowed & Disallowed Items:

Allowed:

• Stationery: Pen, Pencil, Eraser, Calculator (without case), Transparent water bottle (label removed)

Not Allowed:

• Mobile phones, Caps, any papers (except allowed stationery), Electronic gadgets, Fee receipt during CBE exam (only needed for Pre-CBE mock).
